The applicant is required to read thoroughly and understand the terms and conditions, policies, procedures, code of ethics and business opportunities of the company as given below and from the company website "www.samriddhi.co.in". The application/agreement form is considered as an authentic and legally binding document & is between the applicant (herein after referred to as distributor) and Space Prime consultancy and marketing Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Company).

If the applicant agrees to adhere to and abide by the conditions mentioned hereunder and in website named "www.samriddhi.co.in" he/she shall become distributor on payment for the prescribed distributorship package.

• Applicant should have completed minimum 18 years of age and shall be competent to enter into contract as provided in the 'Indian Contract Act'.
  
  
• The distributor will be eligible for incentives or income only as per the business plan and volume of business done and subject to eligibility norms laid down by the company. The company does not assure any incentive or income to the distributor on merely account of his/her joining the company.
  
  
• The business opportunity is purely optional and distributor is not compelled to bring any other distributor. He/She can do if they wish for their own gain/benefits
  Distributors shall purchases/ subscribe the products from the Company office.
  
  
• The company under no circumstances will accept any payment in cash from any person other than applicant. The company has not authorized any official, officer or distributor of the company to receive any amount in cash on behalf of the company towards the distributorship fee, or cost of products, as the case may be. If anybody makes any payment in cash to third party, it will be at his/her own risk and under no circumstances, will the company be answerable to such unauthorized cash payments.
  
  
• The initial payment made by the applicant is towards package purchase and the same is not refundable under any circumstances. All the packages include the cost of product/registration fee/processing fee and the administrative cost which ever and where applicable.
  
  
  Company will dispatch incentive /income cheques only above Rs. 500/-
  
  
• Deductions:
  
  
  1. TDS: as per government rates
  2. Administrationcharges:5%
  3. ADJ. Charge 9.7%
     
     
• PAN card is necessary for issuing income and without Pan Card no incentives / income will be issued.
  
  
• If PAN applied through company than Rs. 225 charges to be paid by distributor.
  The company will, in no case, entertain any communication without ID number
  Annual renewal fees will be applicable after completion of 12 months from date of joining as per the company norms.
  
  
• TDS, trimming .Service Charges if applicable, administration charges, FBT will be deducted as per Company norms and government regulations.
  
  
• The company will not be answerable for any promise, assurance given by any Distributor to any person, unless it is in accordance with the approved business plans and terms of the company. Hence, the applicant shall go through the website-"www.samriddhi.co.in" and the brochures and notices issued by the company from time to time.
  
  
• The company reserves the right to amend the rules, regulations ,policies & procedure and terms and conditions, products, schemes, business plan, incentive plans and policies, related to this business proposition and this will be binding on all distributors of the company.
  
  
• The company reserves the right to reject any application/renewal at its own discretion.
  All individual Distributor should adhere to Rules & Regulations formed by the company & if found guilty for not observing the same or working against the interest of the company, then he/she will be terminated from the company.

Distributor's must submit their ID Reneaw Charge on Due Date or With in Grace Period of 1 Month after due date Otherwise
